Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original BURGA packaging to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
